Singaporean cooking from a family that has made it for three generations — over
sixty years — in Singapore. The full menu runs to more than 50 dishes:
Singapore laksa, dry-tossed noodles, fried noodles, rice dishes, nasi lemak and
main dishes. The signature is the slow-cooked boneless Hainanese chicken
laksa "cham cham" at HK$92. All soup noodles can be swapped
free of charge to egg noodles, rice vermicelli or hor fun;
udon is +HK$6.

- Soup included: dry-tossed noodles, fried noodles, rice dishes and nasi lemak all come with a bowl of soup.
- Hainanese chicken cuts: each portion is served with a random cut; a specific cut cannot be requested.
- Seasonal fish: steamed to order, about 20 minutes; limited quantity. Add HK$22 for rice and a free hot or cold drink.
- Vegetarian: 128 stir-fried hor fun with vegan abalone slices and mushrooms; 524 porcini mushroom broth with mixed vegetables and vermicelli.
What is "cham cham"?
Cham cham is everyday Singaporean and Malaysian hawker vocabulary —
almost nobody in Hong Kong uses it. It means
two kinds of noodle in the same bowl, usually yellow noodles mixed
with rice vermicelli, so one bowl carries two textures.
