Yummy — Full Menu
Not only udon. Yummy is built on Sanuki handmade udon, with a tomato-broth udon series, seasonal dishes, a bento festival, hotpots, teishoku set meals and donburi, plus the chef's small plates and vegetables — more than 60 dishes. The signatures are the teppan beef tenderloin tomato-broth udon at HK$88 and clams steamed in sake at HK$48. Every teishoku comes with Japanese rice, an appetiser and miso soup.

Tomato broth Sanuki handmade udon
Seasonal
"Seasonal" dishes are available only at certain times of year, not all year round. Both of these pair fish maw (dried swim bladder, a prized ingredient in Chinese cooking) with chicken — one as a noodle soup, one as a hotpot.
Bento Festival
Note: the Sanuki handmade udon in a bento can be swapped for pearl rice.
Every bento includes: A sashimi selection, B sushi platter, C tobiko salad,
D Sanuki handmade udon, E miso soup.
Hotpots
Nabemono are Japanese hotpot dishes. "Served with a table stove" means the pot arrives with a small burner so you cook and eat as you go. Sukiyaki is beef simmered in a sweet-savoury sauce; here it comes with an onsen egg.
Note: add HK$9 to change to Sanuki udon.
Teishoku set meals
Note: every teishoku comes with Japanese rice, an appetiser and miso soup.
Teishoku upgrades: +HK$9 Sanuki udon or soba · +HK$19 grilled cheese salmon chazuke ·
+HK$9 mentaiko rice · +HK$8 onsen egg rice · +HK$6 kimchi rice.
Donburi (rice bowls)
Note: all rice bowls and fried rice come with miso soup.

Vegetables
Yasai is Japanese for vegetables. These are side dishes, to balance the udon, rice bowls and set meals. The abalone slices here are plant-based.

Why "Sanuki handmade" udon
Sanuki udon comes from Kagawa Prefecture in Japan. It is kneaded and cut by hand for a firm, springy bite, and the noodles are thick with squared edges. Yummy uses that method as its base, then pairs it with tomato broth, teppan beef, golden fish-maw broth and more — as well as bento, teishoku and donburi.
For how Inaniwa udon (the other great Japanese udon, made by hand-stretching) differs from Sanuki, see Two of Japan's Three Great Udon; for matcha and hojicha see Japanese Tea.
